Glass Transition
Infographic design
Glass Transition is an information design project I created with inspiration from the Corning Glass Museum. The four-page double parallel fold infographic explains the scientific process of heat transfer in glass production.
My design is based on extensive research in the history of glass transition, its chemical development, and the glassblowing method. Each section has color-coded graphs displaying heat conduction alongside microscopic and molecular images that present the structural change of Silica glass. This infographic design provides a colorful guide to the significance of heat in glass making.
